From the menu bar, select Options and click on Preferences.
Click the Colors tab at the top of the window
Select Preference where it asks Use Colors From:
The pages should now be more suitable for printing.
For Netscape Versions 2 and 3
From the menu bar, select Options and click on General Preferences.
The pages should now be more suitable for printing.
Mosiac Users
From the Options menu, click Preferences. Click the Document tab. Un-tick the box that says Use <BODY> Attributes.
Internet Explorer
At the moment, Internet Explorer can't change the colours! So, we would recommend to copy and paste the text and images into a word processor.
Click the Colors tab at the top of the window
Click the box at near the bottom that says Always Use My Colors, Overriding Document, so that it has a tick.
If this didn't help, then go back to the General Preferences, and make sure the Always Use My Colors, Overriding Document box has a tick and that the boxes with the word Custom next to them are not ticked, and the Background is set to Default and that an Image File is not selected.
Click OK and the site should now be OK for printing! -Note, some of the white headings on the pages, will still be white, and therefore won't print.
You could always, copy and paste the text into a word processor.
Click the OK button, and all should be well!
