FEZ GOES LIVE!

270 eager punters attended the VIP Launch Party at the Fez Club in Reading on Wednesday 27 February 2002.

Press, Media and Industry groups were spotted amongst the sea of faces who witnessed exceptional performances from Ginni Hogarth (ginnihogarth.com), Monarchy (thatsrocknroll.com) and headliners, Jelutong (jelutong.co.uk)

There was representation from 2-Ten FM, Basingstoke Observer, BBC on-line, Blah Blah, Bracknell News, Clear Music, FM Television, Josaka.co.uk, One Iota Management, Reading Chronicle, Reading College Radio, Reading Evening Post, Reading Uni Newspaper (Spark), SUMO Records, Wokingham Times and the Zodiac Club.

Also spotted in the audience were managers from bands as diverse as Radiohead and Howard Jones.

Promoter Hadyn Wood wishes to thank everyone who attended and supported the launch night.

"As endorsed by the crowd that turned out last night, I have no doubt that Reading is well and truly on the right track to getting itself established again as a credible venue for signed and unsigned touring bands."

Signed and unsigned acts will appear at the venue every Wednesday from 3rd April 2002.
